Escaping Gravity Technical (Hong Kong) Limited ("we") is firmly committed to user privacy. This policy applies to the macOS application StarCraft over VPN ("the App").

1. Data Collection Statement

As a fully localized application:
✅ No registration/login required (no account system)
✅ Zero personal information collected (including but not limited to name, email, phone number, etc.)
✅ No device information gathered (UUID, hardware identifiers, OS version, etc.)
✅ No usage data tracking (no analytics, behavior monitoring, or crash reports)
✅ No cookies or local storage tracking
✅ No third-party integrations (no advertising SDKs, social sharing, or payment components)

2. Data Storage

All user-generated data (including documents and preferences) remains exclusively on the user's local device. We neither access nor have the capability to retrieve such data.

3. Data Sharing & Transfers

Given the App's non-collection nature:
🚫 No domestic/international data transfers
🚫 No third-party data sharing
🚫 No government data disclosure (unless required by judicial authorities directly from user devices)

4. User Rights Protection

By design, users automatically enjoy:
🔹 Zero data management burden (no access/deletion requests needed)
🔹 Full data autonomy (complete control over device-resident data)
🔹 Instant termination right (uninstallation erases all related data)

5. Security Measures

We ensure privacy through:
🔒 End-to-end local encryption: Sensitive operations occur only in device memory
🔒 Sandbox mechanism: Strict compliance with macOS App Sandboxing requirements
🔒 Automatic data destruction: All generated files delete upon uninstallation

6. Policy Updates

Should data collection ever occur in future versions, we will:

  1. Display prominent in-app change notices 30 days prior
  2. Re-obtain explicit user consent
  3. Update this policy with new effective date
