留景由 Escaping Gravity Technical (Hong Kong) Limited（逃逸引力科技（香港）有限公司）提供。本政策说明留景 App 的数据处理方式；通过浏览器访问公司网站时，网站与托管服务可能按其自身规则处理访问记录。
照片在设备上处理
留景仅接收你通过系统照片选择器或文件选择器主动选择的资源，不要求读取整个照片图库。自动构图、画面评估、人脸区域检测、相似度比较及 Live Photo 处理在设备上完成。我们不将照片、视频、人脸特征或定位信息上传至公司或第三方分析服务器，不使用照片训练云端模型，也不进行身份识别。
照片中检测到的人脸区域用于避免裁切主体；Live 片段的人脸拍摄质量用于辅助选择封面。上述检测均在本机完成，不建立人脸身份档案。选择 iCloud 照片时，系统可能从 Apple 下载原片，这由你的 Apple 设置控制。
本地储存和照片权限
选中的素材副本、生成结果、构图参数、批次记录及保存状态存放在 App 的本地容器中，以便在「最近成片」中继续查看和再次导出。导入新批次会保留历史；你可以在「最近成片」中主动移除一组记录及对应缓存。处理过程中不再使用的临时文件会清理。卸载 App 会移除其本地容器；已保存至系统「照片」的成片由你在「照片」中管理。
导出时请求系统「添加照片」权限，只创建新的成片副本。原始图库资源不会被修改或删除；导出不保留定位元数据。你可在系统设置中管理权限。设备或 iCloud 备份可能包含 App 数据，具体由 Apple 的备份服务及你的设置决定。
购买
免费体验使用的照片记录标识与剩余额度仅保存在本机，不上传给我们；清理最近成片不会重置免费额度。购买、续订及退款由 Apple App Store 处理。留景在设备上通过 StoreKit 验证购买权益，判断是否可以导出；我们不自行收集银行卡、付款账户或购买凭证，也没有接收交易凭证的自建服务器。Apple 对其付款、账户和交易数据的处理适用 Apple 的隐私政策。
没有广告跟踪或自建分析
留景不要求注册账户，不集成广告、跨应用跟踪、第三方分析或自建遥测服务。Apple 可能按你的系统共享设置和自身政策处理诊断、购买及 App Store 使用信息。
你主动联系支持时
你通过邮件联系我们时，我们会收到你发送的邮箱、问题说明及自愿提供的附件，并仅将其用于回复、排查问题和履行必要义务。邮件由相关邮件服务提供商处理。请勿发送不必要的敏感资料；如需查询或删除支持邮件中的个人资料，请通过下方邮箱联系我们。
你的选择与联系
你可以不选取照片、撤销照片权限、删除 App 本地数据，或自行删除已保存的照片。由于我们不接收 App 内的照片和分析结果，无法替你访问或删除设备上的这些内容。

On-device photos
StillFrame receives only photos or files that you select. Cropping, quality analysis, face-region detection, similarity analysis and Live Photo processing run on your device. We do not upload photos, videos, face features or location data to our own or third-party analysis servers, train cloud models with your photos, or identify people. Face regions help preserve subjects while cropping, and on-device face capture quality helps choose Live cover frames. No face identity profiles are created. Apple may download iCloud originals according to your settings.
Storage and permissions
Imported copies, results, framing parameters, batches and export status remain in the app container. Recent Results keeps earlier batches when you import new photos, so you can revisit and export them again. You can remove a batch and its associated cache in Recent Results. Temporary processing files that are no longer used are cleaned up. Uninstalling removes the local container; exported photos remain in your Photos library until you delete them. Saving requires add-only Photos permission and creates copies without changing originals. Exports omit location metadata. Apple device or iCloud backups may include app data according to your settings.
Purchases and diagnostics
Free-trial photo record identifiers and remaining allowance are stored only on this device and are not sent to us. Clearing recent results does not reset the allowance. Apple processes purchases, renewals and refunds. StoreKit verifies export entitlements on device. We do not collect payment card information or send receipts to our own server. The app has no accounts, advertising, cross-app tracking, third-party analytics or custom telemetry. Apple's payment, App Store and diagnostic services are governed by Apple's policies and your system settings.
Support and choices
When you email support, we receive the address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond, investigate the issue and meet necessary obligations, with processing by email service providers. Avoid sending unnecessary sensitive data. Contact shiwenxuan@escapinggravity.ltd for privacy inquiries or requests concerning support emails. We cannot access or remove photos stored only on your device. You control photo selection, permissions, local app data and exported photos. This policy covers the app; company website hosting may separately process web access records. We will update this page if our practices change.
